The long-awaited collab release is finally here! Ever since they first shared a few clips online almost two years ago, fans have been eagerly waiting and asking for it. With their long and storied careers, neither of these artists needs an introduction. This release features three tracks that showcase the diverse styles of Wehbba and Hertz while staying true to their signature funky techno sound—exactly what you’d expect from a release on SWAY.

It’s time for the second edition of the “Ace Trax” series! This collection is a brilliant blend of diverse techno sounds, perfectly capturing the essence of what SWAY is all about.

SWAY proudly introduces its first-ever Asian artist, Romel Johan. After a 14-year hiatus from music, Johan delivers an electrifying 5-track EP as part of his comeback. The release kicks off with “Cheeky Bruno”, a funky and hard-hitting track that transports listeners back to the golden age of late ’90s and early 2000s techno. Next is the title track “Redemption”, packed with groovy elements, complemented by remixes from Funk D’Void (Soma) and Ecilo (Axis, Planet Rhythm). The EP concludes with “Claremont with Jess”, dedicated to Johan’s beloved wife. The future looks bright for this underrated yet immensely talented artist!

These artists have previously graced labels such as Planet Rhythm, Terminal M, Drumcode, Yin Yang, Bush, Innervisions, Armada, Ovum, and AnalyticTrail, among others. For this debut, we’ve curated a diverse selection of styles to give you a taste of what the “Ace Trax” series is all about. Ace Trax Volume 1 has arrived!

UMEK on SWAY

It’s great to welcome Umek back to SWAY under his alias Polyvinyl. The energy level is at its peak, kicking off with “Somber Tone”, which sets the standard for how massive a bass sound can be. There’s also an instrumental Hertz edit as an option. The second track, “True Nature”, is a stunning groover, showcasing Umek’s ability to master the Recycled Loops flavour that made him so popular over 20 years ago. These two amazing tracks perfectly blend old-school vibes with a 2025 twist.
